As part of the YMCP admissions process, every applicant requires formal approval from their Father of Confession.
Once you submit the registration form below, an automated approval request will be sent directly to your Father of Confession. Please ensure you have spoken with him and obtained his email information before submitting your application, as your registration cannot be processed or finalized without his approval.
What to Expect Next (Admissions Workflow)
1. Submit Application Form — Complete the online application form below with your personal details and church affiliation.
2. Registrar Review — Upon your submission, the application is forwarded to the YMCP Registrar for review and approval.
4. Registration & Fee Payment — Once approved by the Registrar, you will be contacted to complete your official registration and pay your tuition fees online.

- Program Dates: October 2026 – June 2027
- Schedule: Sundays, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Location: Church of Virgin Mary & St. Athanasius (Trinity Hall)
- Tuition Fee: CAD $350 (Full-time Student discount available*)
- Cohort Capacity: Strictly capped at 40 applicants

The Youth Ministry Certification Program is part of the Diocese of Mississauga, Vancouver, and Western Canada, in collaboration with YouthTrain College (New Zealand), that provides servants with a distinct opportunity to acquire in-depth learning and training in adolescents’ ministries.
